Patient information

Good to know

Quick answers to the questions reception hears most.

How do I get a repeat prescription?
Repeat prescriptions need a consultation so your doctor can check the medicine is still right for you. [Practice to confirm whether telehealth or a script request service is offered]
How will I get my test results?
Your doctor reviews every result. If something needs follow-up, we will contact you. Results are usually discussed in a follow-up appointment rather than over the phone. [Practice to confirm wording]
Do you offer telehealth?
[To be confirmed: phone or video consultations through the AMS Connect app]
Where do I get blood tests?
Clinipath Pathology has a collection centre inside the practice. Book with Clinipath directly on (08) 9371 4323 or online.
Can I bring an interpreter?
Yes. Several of our doctors speak other languages, and we can arrange a free interpreter through TIS National. Tell reception your language when you book.
What if I'm running late or need to cancel?
Please call us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another patient. [Practice to add its cancellation / late policy]
How do I give feedback or make a complaint?
Talk to reception or our Practice Manager, Natalia. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the WA Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO).
